+ What is Capital Bus?

We are a company dedicated to offering experiences inside Mexico City through our different circuits; in addition, we offer tours to explore the most emblematic regions surrounding the city.

+ Which products does Capital Bus have to offer?

Today we have three tours around the city:

City Tour Downtown Polanco Neighborhood
City Tour Downtown Coyoacan
City Tour Downtown Basilica of Guadalupe

We also offer bundles with Inbursa Aquarium or the Latin American Tower Lookout

+ How long in advance should I book?

Our reservations system allows customers to book up to 24 hours before the service is carried out.

+ How could I purchase my ticket for my tour?

The tickets can be purchased in our sales points, through telephone, or online. Purchases made online require payment with a credit card, if you want to make your purchase through the phone you can pay with credit card, deposit, or transfer*.

*depends on how far in advance you are making your purchase.

+ Which are the departure points for the One Day Tours or the Seasonal Tours?

We have three departure points:

Tourist Centre Tlatelolco located in 165 Manuel Gonzales St., San Simon Tolnahuac, Cuauhtemoc.
Customer Service Center located in 169 Liverpool St., Col. Juarez
Capital Bus’s stop at Zocalo (Monte de Piedad St., on one side of the Cathedral). The departure point depends on the tour or service.

+ Where can I check the departure points?

When booking online or by phone, you can choose the point of departure, in the same way your reservation will be sent to you by mail. When buying directly with one of our tourist promoters, you will be given a ticket with the address of the place where we will pass for you.

+ Where can I find the tour rates?

The rates are established on the page www.capitalbus.com.mx, depending on the Tour you choose is the price. You can also ask our prices with one of our promoters, by mail or by phone.

+ What requirements are necessary to take a tour purchased online?

It is necessary to present your reservation (there is no need to have it printed), an official identification to validate your identity, in the same way, due to the prevailing health situation, it is essential to wear a mask and comply with all protocols.

+ How does the top tour work?

Taking care of your safety we have developed our Top Tour product; They are fixed-duration tours where you will be given the opportunity to tour the city following the established protocols, we have long-term stops where you can visit different attractions of the CDMX and return on the same bus, with this type of strategy we take care of you.

+ Do you offer discounts on your products?

Discounts apply to seniors who have an INAPAM card, as well as national students, this is 50% and only applies to City Tour and are not applicable with other promotions. To make the discount valid, buy directly at our points of sale and present your valid credential.
